Cause

The latest Google Tool bar add-on for Internet Explorer seems to be incompatible with certain dynamic form scripts.  This causes an error which causes some GRx forms to never completely load.

If you do have the Google tool bar installed, then please follow the notes given below, on how to fix this problem. If these do not resolve your issue, then please raise a support ticket in the normal way and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

How to fix this problem

Until the next release of GRx due end of March 2009, the work-around for this issue is to disable the Google Toolbar add-on.

To disable Google Toolbar:
1. In Internet Explorer, go to: Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons...
2. Under the default list "Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer", click on "Google Toolbar" and click the "Disable" radio button below. Do the same for "Google Toolbar Helper" and "Google Toolbar Notifier BHO".
3. Restart Internet Explorer.
